We need your help! As part of our ongoing strategic planning efforts, the City of Goldsboro is launching our first community survey, and we would greatly value your participation. Your feedback will help guide decisions that shape the future of our community.

We are requesting your participation in a survey designed to help gather resident opinions and feedback regarding City services and programs. The information requested in this survey will be used to ensure that the services and programs we provide meet your expectations and reflect your priorities.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. We estimate it should take approximately 15-20 minutes to answer all the questions. Your responses will remain confidential. The address information at the end of the survey identifies responses from broad geographic areas and helps us know where we might improve our service delivery.

The survey data will be compiled and analyzed by ETC Institute, one of the nation's leading governmental research firms. ETC representatives will present survey results to the Goldsboro City Council at a public meeting in early 2026.
